We typically Dispatch:
  • Non Personalised Items - 1 Working Day 
  • Personalised Items - 1-4 Working Days
  • Dispatch Times can be extend slightly during busy times. 
Shipping Speed:
  • UK Tracked 24 - Typically arrives in 1-2 Working Days.
  • UK Tracked 48 - Typically arrives in 2-3 Working Days
  • International Tracked 
  • EU -  Typically arrives 7-14 Working Days after dispatch
  • USA -  Typically arrives 8 - 21 Working Days after dispatch
  • Canada - Typically Arrives 14 - 28 Working Days after dispatch
  • Australia - Typically Arrives 21 - 30 Working Days after dispatch
       Please allow extra time for items to be delivered during busy times. 


Lost Packages / Delays:
Please remember that once we post your order we have no control over delivery speed.  If you think your order is lost, please contact us.
Please allow 10 days for UK delivery or 30 Days for International delivery.   


Address Changes:
If you accidentally enter the wrong address when filling out your order, please contact us asap. If the order has not been shipped, we may be able to change it for you. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to do so. 


International Shipping:
We do ask that international customers be patient when it comes to the arrival of their goods as delays can and do happen often often. 
If International Tracking is provided, the package can appear to stop in certain places which is typical so please do not be concerned about this. If you have not seen any movement on your tracking for longer than 14 days, please contact us.
Please note that if International Order are not accepted by the customer or if you fail to collect your order or address is inaccessable and it is marked as return to sender,  the package may not get returned to us or if it does, it may incur charges. Refunds will not be provided to the customer until we recieve them back and refunds provided will not include the initial shipping charge and a further return charge will also be deducted.
Custom & Excise: 
Some International areas are subject to Custom & Excise Duty and these are outside of our control. If you are concerned about this, it may be worth checking your own country custom & excise criteria before ordering. Please be aware that we are unable to mark items as "gifts" so please do not ask us. It is the customers responsibility to check if custom & excise duty is payable in your own country and you would likely be contacted by the shipping company prior to delivery.
We value our customer service and we will be happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the item is not used. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please make sure the item is well protected when sending back to us and we advise using a trackable service for peace of mind.
If you order the wrong item or change your mind, we do offer an exchange service within 14 days from original purchase. Please contact us for more information and send the item to us with a note inside indication which exchange is needed. If the exchange item is more expensive we will contact you to make a further payment. If the exchange item is less expensive, we will refund the difference. 
Arrives Damaged:
We hope your order arrives safely and in perfect condition but in the sad event it arrives damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please contact us and we will replace it. If you can, provide photos in your contact with us as it will help us speed up the process and may mean the item does not need to be returned to us. 
Custom Orders: 
We can offer a custom service but this can depend on how busy we are so please contact us with your request before ordering any item.
Selling On Other Platforms:
We do sell on Etsy. Our website is now our main selling area and we prioritise our direct orders first.
